How To Order
If you wish to order the designs as they are shown then you can do so by using the 'Place Order' button. You can change the pearl and crystal colours by entering your choices in the 'special instructions' box at the bottom of the checkout page.
If you like the design but would prefer to change certain aspects of it (other than just the colours) we feel it is better for you to place your order by email due to the vast choice of options for your accessories and also there is no confusion over the exact requirements you would like. You will need to include the finish, colour/s, lengths, ear fittings (if ordering earrings) etc. If you are in anyway unsure what you would like please do contact us.
Colour samples are available upon request so please do not hesitate to ask us to send you the colours you are interested in. This way you can be sure if your accessories will compliment your colour scheme.

Payment
We accept payment by cheque, un-crossed postal orders and Paypal. Arrangements for bank transfers can be made if preferred.
Please contact us for details if paying by cheque, postal order or bank transfer.
Paypal payments payable to info@aaryanna.co.uk. We will invoice you via Paypal once your order has been confirmed.
We only accept payment by Paypal from international customers.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT TAKE PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE.
Delivery
Our usual 'make-times' are 1 - 2 weeks for jewellery and hair jewellery and 1 - 3 weeks for tiaras and headdresses. Smaller orders can sometimes be sent within 48 hours. Bespoke orders will usually take longer as detailing has to be right for each individual client. If you need your order sooner do contact us as we may be able to help at no extra cost but please remember 'quality products' take time.
For the United Kingdom orders are sent either by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.
International orders are sent by either Royal Mail Airmail or Airsure.
The delivery charges are as follows:
Within the United Kingdom
Orders up to the value of £50.00 ~ £2.99 1st class recorded.
Orders over £50.00 and up to £200.00 ~ £7.50 special delivery.
Orders over £200.00 ~ FREE special delivery.
International
Orders up to the value of £40.00 ~ £2.99 airmail.
Orders over £40.00 and up to £200.00 ~ £7.50 airsure.
Orders over £200.00 ~ FREE airsure.
Returns
If you wish to return your order please email us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned to us in their original condition and unworn within 7 days (international customers - 14 days). A refund will be made within 28 days of receipt minus delivery costs. Return postage will not be refunded and we advise you to obtain proof of return postage.
Terms
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a 7 day cooling off period in which you can cancel your order.
